Privacy Policy

When you submit the service request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city (optional), the service you need, and any project details you describe.

If you call or text us at (408) 769-1682, we receive your phone number and whatever information you share during that conversation.

Our website does not offer file or photo uploads through its forms.

We use the information you submit to review your request, contact you about your project, provide estimates, schedule work, and follow up on your inquiry.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on third-party service providers to operate this website and deliver inquiries. Your information may be processed by these providers only to perform these services:

• Website hosting and platform: this site is built and hosted on Base44, which processes form submissions and runs the site.

• Email delivery: form submissions are sent by email through Resend to MB Electric Inc. and to our website support provider, who helps maintain the site and lead delivery.

• Email inbox: inquiries are received in MB Electric Inc.'s email account (Gmail).

Our hosting platform may automatically collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used for operating, securing, and analyzing the platform. These platform-level logs and analytics are controlled by the hosting provider, not by code on this website.

We have not added additional advertising or tracking tools to this website.

Submitting the form is optional. You can always reach us by phone or text instead. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us, contact us using the details below.
